BROQUETAS S.L. specialises in the manufacture of alloys and products for the electronics industry, always using primary raw materials and following a rigorous manufacturing process that guarantees minimum levels of contamination and soldering defects. This results in faster wetting speeds, improved soldering performance, reduced slag formation and reduced rework requirements. Broquetas' R&D department is continuously developing new solutions to support soldering and improve existing solutions, thus providing greater added value to its products.

Manual soldering

Our range of BROFIL and ECO wires, which includes both solid wires and wires containing flux, is suitable for all surface installation technologies. Our wires contain NO-CLEAN, water-soluble flux cores that are compatible with a wide range of solder alloys. Our electronic solder wires are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of UNE-EN ISO 9453:2020. All fluxes used in our wires and other custom formats are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of IPC J-STD-004B (equivalent to DIN EN 61190-1-1) and UNE-EN ISO 9454-1:2016. Both alloys and fluxes are manufactured in compliance with the latest national and international REACH standards and the RoHS Directive.

Wave soldering

Our BROFIL and ECO tin alloy product ranges are made from primary metals, which ensures high purity. BROFIL and ECO rods are manufactured using an improved extrusion process, which guarantees ideal properties for wave soldering and HASL (hot air solder levelling).

Selective soldering

BROQUETAS solid wires have been developed for precise electronic soldering without surface roughness. Solid ECO and BROFIL wire rolls are suitable for both selective and automatic soldering machines.

Reflow soldering

BROQUETAS offers a whole range of products for reflow soldering. The Broquetas R&D department has developed products free of volatile organic compounds (VOC), such as pastes, water-based liquid fluxes, surface cleaners, etc. Alcohol-based liquid solutions are also available.
